Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Excellence team via the online portal or phone within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack your Power Plate unit in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and power cords to ensure safe transit and full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically appearing within 7-10 business days.
